Services Provided                   In an attitude of Christian love using a volunteer staff.                   Without regard to race, ethnic origin, sex, creed, age or religion.                   Medical Care: Physician Evaluation & Treatment Physical Therapy Diabetic Care Routine Lab and X-Ray Exams Keeping Records (Photo by Emily Fry) Dental Care: Dental Evaluation & Extraction Dental Rooms (Photo by Emily Fry)   Pharmacy Services: Medication Assistance Pharmacy Volunteers (Photo by Emily Fry) Eye Care: Optometry Examination Eyeglass Provision Personal Services: Smoking Cessation Counseling Financial Counseling Support Groups Social Service Counseling Spiritual Counseling WHO QUALIFIES?                   Persons who qualify for Medical Care or Medical Assistance:   Have needs that are not being met by other care givers.   Can not have Medicaid, Medicare or any other medical insurance.   Have household income that falls below 125% of the federal poverty guidelines.   Proof of income and pre registration are required except in emergency situations. Persons who qualify for Dental Care or Eye Care:   Same as medical care except that we do accept persons with Medicaid.   Proof of income and pre registration are required except in emergency situations.
