WHO QUALIFIES?
Persons who qualify for Medical Care or Medical Assistance:
Have needs that are not being met by other care givers.
Can not have Medicaid, Medicare or any other medical insurance.
Have household income that falls below 125% of the federal poverty guidelines.
Proof of income and pre registration are required except in emergency situations.
Persons who qualify for Dental Care or Eye Care:
Same as medical care except that we do accept persons with Medicaid.
Proof of income and pre registration are required except in emergency situations.
